Our Recruiting Methodology
There are essentially three main phases to the recruitment process, and each phase has several steps that MUST be taken. The Complete Oxford Solutions Recruitment Methodology is a proprietary and exclusive work of intellectual property, but some basic tasks and steps are highlighted below. In no way does this represent our complete, documented and copywritten methodology.
• Recruiter receives qualified Job Requirement from Account Development Manager
• Using various methods and sources to gather multiple resumes of prospective candidates
• Interview process begins, to better qualify:
• Candidate’s availability and reasons behind availability
• Candidate has appropriate experience for the position
• Candidate’s location is suitable for this position
• Candidate’s expectation in regard to compensation
• Face-to-face interview is scheduled at Oxford Home Office:
• Candidate meets recruiter in person
• Candidate meets Recruitment Manager in person
• Candidate meets Account Development Manager in person
• Expectations for the entire hiring process are set with candidate
• Resume is fine-tuned and prepared for the client between candidate and recruiter
• Once appropriately qualified, resume is submitted to client
• Interviews (telephone and face to face) are coordinated by Oxford Recruiter
• Interview feedback is obtained and additional information required is submitted
• Additional interviews scheduled
• Background Check performed (when required)
• Drug and Alcohol Screen performed (when required)
• References checked
• Start date and compensation agreed upon, start date with client is set!
