This six–month contract to hire program is ideal for candidates with 5–15 years of experience and will provide them with the opportunity to grow and develop as leaders.
The program is 40 hours per week and rates are based on experience and discipline. It consists of 6 leadership science seminars, 2 onsite project visits, and 2 senior leader panels.
