Formed as a recruiting and temporary staffing agency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by Matt Fenton, Oxford Solutions’ roots run deep in Western Pennsylvania.
Matt’s first professional job was as an active recruiter, and he thrived in that competitive role. He took his drive and determination and founded his own employment agency in 1998, with just himself and a small talent sourcing team. They hit the ground running with nothing but a phone book and kept a filing cabinet full of resumes. Year by year, client by client, and consultant by consultant, Oxford Solutions grew. In fact, we were consistently recognized as one of the fastest-growing employment agencies in Pittsburgh.
Today, we still proudly serve our local market and remain the premier provider of staffing services and direct placement recruiting in Pittsburgh. But our commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations has allowed us to expand to serve enterprise clients and job seekers across the country.
