Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills.
What do I pay for your services?
As a candidate or consultant, you will not pay for any of our services.
What is involved in the application process?
You can complete your application online via our job board. After you apply, if your skills match the opening, we will conduct an initial phone screen with you. Then, you may be invited to interview with a recruiter via video conference or in person. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your experience and what you are looking for in your next position. We will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings. We will let you know if a client would like to schedule an interview with you. We will complete any reference or background checks that may be required. You can learn more about our process here.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?
Not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position we offer, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We realize not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.
You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from our team.
