Formed as a recruiting and temporary staffing agency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by Matt Fenton, Oxford Solutions’ roots run deep.
Matt’s first professional job was as a recruiter, and he thrived in that role. He took his drive and determination and founded his own company in 1998, with just himself and a small team. They hit the ground running with nothing but a phone book and kept a filing cabinet full of resumes. Year by year, client by client, and consultant by consultant, Oxford Solutions grew. In fact, we were consistently recognized as one of the fastest-growing employment agencies in Pittsburgh.
Today, we still proudly serve our local market and remain the premier provider of staffing and recruiting services in Pittsburgh. But our commitment to excellence and exceeding expectations has allowed us to expand to serve clients and talent across the country. We’ve never lost sight of what matters – doing what’s right for others and helping companies and talented people succeed.
