Oxford Solutions’ President is a born leader who has never ceased to be laser-focused, determined and driven. As a lifelong Pittsburgh native, Matt graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Business, Economics and Psychology. In his first professional job he discovered recruiting. He thrived on helping people achieve their career goals, solving recruitment challenges, closing deals and affecting people’s lives in a positive way. He channeled that same drive and passion to start his own company in 1998. In the early days it was Matt and a small team, looking up companies in a phone book and keeping hard copy resumes in a 2-drawer filing cabinet. Since then, he has built a recruiting hub in the North Hills of Pittsburgh servicing not only well-respected companies in the Pittsburgh market, but also Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

Sara joined the Oxford team in 2019. In her function as Recruiting Manager, she brings over 25 years of management experience including a background in training, client relations, recruiting and sales and is skilled at overseeing large teams. She is a passionate motivator who strives to nurture competitiveness and drive in order to exceed goals and expectations. She is personally committed to helping others achieve their career goals through her training and leadership. She calls Pittsburgh home after relocating from Indiana and lives in the North Hills with her husband, 3 children and brood of pets including 2 active Border Collies.

A native Pittsburgher, Kristy brings a degree in Business along with over 20 years of in-depth staffing operations experience. Her no nonsense approach makes her the perfect fit for heading up the back office team and keeping Oxford Solutions running smoothly behind the scenes. Kristy will lend a helping hand wherever and whenever she can. In fact, it wouldn’t be unusual to find Kristy tying up loose ends by sending an email or text at midnight on a Saturday. Her expertise includes compliance, operations management, benefits administration, finance and overseeing all HR administrative functions.

Jeff, a graduate of Penn State with a degree in Marketing has been with Oxford for over 19 years. He began working as a recruiter and moved into a sales role where he played an instrumental role in growing our IT Division. In his current role as Business Development Manager his focus is IT Enterprise clients. Jeff has an engineering mindset which allows him to easily bridge the gap between what his technical clients are looking for and the current talent pool. Jeff is a Pittsburgh native currently living in the North Hills area with is family. He’s an avid outdoors sports fan who loves skiing in the winter, biking in the summer and traveling the globe.
Business Development Manager – Philadelphia Division
Mark is a Penn State alum with a Bachelors’ Degree in Information Sciences and Technology. He was born and raised in Williamsport, PA where he earned his Eagle Scout rank which he considers one of his most revered accomplishments. Mark began working at Oxford Solutions in 2012 as an IT Recruiter, before moving into a leadership role managing a team of technical recruiters. In his current role as Business Development Manager for our Philadelphia branch, he partners with IT clients within small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations to identify niche talent. Mark spends most of his free time with his two daughters or watching Penn State sports. He is also an avid Green Bay Packers Fan.
