What To Expect
Forget what you think you know about working with a recruiter. At Oxford Solutions, we aim to make the process as streamlined as possible, so we can find you a great opportunity as efficiently as possible.
When you work with us, this is what you can expect:
Search our job board and apply online or submit your resume.
Oxford recruiters will assess your resume and match you with opportunities.
We conduct a phone screen, video conference and/or in person interview to discuss your skillsets and understand your career goals.
If you are interested and the fit is right, you may be asked to complete skill assessments.
After successful completion of your assessments, your resume is presented to the client.
If they agree you are a strong match, an interview will be scheduled.
Ongoing Support After The Offer
If the employer extends an offer and you accept, your recruiter will be there to help you make a smooth transition. We get your employment paperwork completed quickly, and our payroll system provides you with an easy method for entering your hours, tracking any accruals and accessing tax form information. Your recruiter and the entire Oxford Solutions operations staff are always here to answer any questions you may have in the process.
