Oxford Solutions’ President is a born leader who has never ceased to be laser-focused, determined and driven. As a lifelong Pittsburgh native, Matt graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with degrees in Business, Economics and Psychology. In his first professional job he discovered recruiting. He thrived on helping people achieve their career goals, solving recruitment challenges, closing deals and affecting people’s lives in a positive way. He channeled that same drive and passion to start his own company in 1998.  In the early days it was Matt and a small team, looking up companies in a phone book and keeping hard copy resumes in a 2-drawer filing cabinet. Since then, he has built a recruiting hub in the North Hills of Pittsburgh servicing not only well-respected companies in the Pittsburgh market, but also Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

As Recruiting Manager at Oxford Solutions Kaitlyn has several years of experience in the recruiting industry with a strong focus on driving revenue, developing high-performing recruitment teams, and expanding client relationships. Known for a hands-on leadership style and strategic mindset, Kaitlyn plays a key role in scaling operations and delivering results that fuel long-term growth.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her dog.

Dave is a Duquesne University graduate who is proud to call Pittsburgh home. He is part of the original Oxford Solutions recruiting start up team and currently works as a Business Development Manager working and collaborating with IT, Engineering and Professional Services clients. He is highly networked and has gained a tremendous amount of industry knowledge ranging from knowing the specs to design a gear to knowing the difference between Java and JavaScript. His likability combined with over 20 years in the business has elevated Dave to “celebrity status”. It isn’t uncommon for him travel around Pittsburgh or even around the country without seeing someone he knows. In his spare time, he attends softball games and cheer competitions for his 2 amazing daughters.

Oxford Solutions recently welcomed Tyrell to the team as an Account Manager (Engineering). A proud Pittsburgh native born and raised in Monroeville, Tyrell brings over six years of staffing experience across IT, Healthcare, and Professional Services. A 2017 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania, he’s a client-focused professional known for building strong, lasting relationships and delivering tailored hiring solutions.

In his new role within our Engineering division, Tyrell is focused on expanding Oxford’s presence across the Pittsburgh region – establishing new client partnerships and helping organizations connect with top-tier engineering talent.

Outside of work, Tyrell enjoys traveling, catching a good sports game, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Brennen, a recent graduate of Duquesne University has joined Oxford Solutions full time as an IT Sales Manager. With a background in recruiting from his internship at Oxford Solutions, he’s developed a strong foundation in understanding client needs, building relationships, and matching top-tier talent with the right opportunities.

Now stepping into his new role, he brings a driven and enthusiastic approach to growing our IT client base throughout the Pittsburgh area. His natural energy, competitive mindset, and passion for helping businesses thrive make him a great fit for breaking into new accounts and fostering long-term partnerships.

In his spare time, you’ll find him working out, exploring the city, or spending time with friends. Whether it’s in the office or outside of it, he brings a sense of focus and fun to everything he does.

Alec brings over five years of experience to the Oxford Solutions team. He specializes in supporting engineering clients across the greater Pittsburgh, PA area by identifying and placing top talent in critical roles.

Nishant brings over 3 years of experience to the Oxford Solutions team. He specializes in Professional Services Recruiting supporting clients across the greater Pittsburgh, PA area by identifying and placing top talent in critical roles.

Jocelyn brings over six years of staffing experience to the Oxford Solutions team. Her background includes IT recruiting and sales, professional services recruiting, healthcare recruiting, and some engineering recruiting. She specializes in connecting professionals with opportunities and supporting clients across the Greater Pittsburgh area with top‑tier talent.

Renee has been with Oxford Solutions for over 13 years and plays a key role on the operations team. She supports both recruiting and marketing efforts, bringing creativity to everything from job postings and professional headshots to marketing content and design. She also leads social media initiatives, creating content and handling video filming and editing to help showcase the Oxford brand.

Nate Herold is our onsite Onboarding Success and Property Manager. With a degree in Accounting and Finance and a global perspective gained through extensive travel, Nate brings a calm, solutions-driven approach to his role. He supports both financial operations and property management with reliability and versatility, always ready to assist wherever needed.
